ABOUT OUR TRAINING
Perhaps the most valuable result of all education is the ability to make yourself do the thing you have to do, when it ought to be done, whether you like it or not.
—Aldous Huxley
The Problem
In today’s society we have young people with vast amounts of knowledge who lack positive character traits such as honesty, integrity and respect for others.
We receive calls almost daily from business owners desperate for help with their employees’ lack of customer service skills. The simple truth is that we’ve lost our manners. Those old-fashioned courtesies that we once took for granted have been forgotten in modern technology and the fast-paced atmosphere of today’s business world and yet, it is those skills that will make or break a career in business. We can no longer afford to graduate young people who are not prepared to enter the next phase of life without confidence in their ability to handle themselves with grace in all situations.
The Solution
The goal of our Leaders by Example training is enabling your students to become leaders with integrity, self- respect, and respect for others and preparing students to enter the workforce with essential social skills that will place them heads above the competition.
Benefits of the program:
High school students gain confidence and learn how to find their purpose in life
